HR ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR


On behalf of Symphogen, Grafton is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administration Coordinator to manage a range of human resources functions, with a particular understanding and commitment to support the HR Functions. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance in employment practices in Denmark, managing the full employee onboarding processes from contracts, on-/offboarding and handling various administrative tasks, including staff statistics, etc., while reporting to the Senior HR Manager.


Symphogen is located in Ballerup in the greater Copenhagen area. The site currently employs approximately 160 people. Symphogen is a subsidiary of Servier and antibody center of excellence primarily focused on oncology and immune oncology. They have a highly efficient antibody discovery and re-search platform supported by comprehensive early development capabilities.

 

Their antibody platform delivers antibodies with unique functionalities providing best or first in class potential as combination or mono therapy. Their approach and capabilities are well suited for combination therapies at the core of future cancer treatment.


YOUR PRIMARY WORK TASKS


  • Stay up-to-date and ensure the implementation of all relevant employment laws and regulations in Denmark.
  • Manage the entire employee onboarding process
  • Administrative support to the HR function, including maintaining employee records, managing HR-related documentation, assisting with HR projects. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, assist in resolving HR-related issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and monthly internal Staff Statistics
  • Perform other administrative and HR-related duties Ad Hoc.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS


  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in an HR administrative role, preferrable from the medical/biotech Industry
  • Strong understanding of Danish employment laws and regulations (Funktionærloven)
  • Experience managing the full employee onboarding process
  • Proficiency in preparing and submitting reports
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish

 

PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized, possess excellent communication skills
