If you feel the same way, we are looking to strengthen our Danish Life Sciences organization, and welcome a Senior Consultant to our team in central Copenhagen. We could write a long list of responsibilities, but you already know them, so here’s what’s important:
You: An experienced recruitment consultant within Life Sciences, who has a-z responsibility, from sales to delivery, and a network in the industry.
Us: A growing team in Copenhagen, with 450 Life Sciences colleagues world-wide. Some of us are scientists, and all of us have a background from Life Sciences – be it directly, or from a recruitment perspective. What we have in common is that we love working with talent in the Life Sciences industry (yes, to the point of being a bit nerdy!), and that we are very serious about creating innovative recruitment solutions; being the best possible partner for our clients and candidates, is our finest task.
Because the Danish organization is still small, you have the opportunity to have independent responsibility and tangible impact – and we’re not just saying that. We expect you to!
But it also means, that to thrive in this role, you enjoy both the hands-on and strategic levels of recruitment, for example: Participating in regular Life Science practice meetings on a global level, brainstorming with marketing on our next piece of engaging content, as well as managing your own client- and candidate portfolio. And yes, you will have to do PowerPoint presentations of data and trends from time to time, as well as make your own coffee. But you get to drink it in our cozy office, with a panoramic view of Kultorvet.
